I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, although they were spread out over three floors. The service provided was exceptional, especially from Elisabeth, who was attentive and provided great recommendations. The location, while quiet and connected by the main train line, lacked convenient parking. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with delicious options and a beautiful terrace. Overall, a top-notch experience with a few minor inconveniences.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spread out among different buildings, which was a bit inconvenient, but the mezzanine bedroom with its own flat screen TV was a nice touch. The service was hit or miss - not great with local knowledge but exceptionally friendly in general. The location, despite being in a relatively non-descript village, served as a good base for exploring rural Mallorca. The dining options were not very varied, leading us to seek breakfast elsewhere at times. However, the overall experience was enhanced by high-quality products and a fantastic staff.
